When I became pregnant and I had to start putting my registry together, everytime I started, I shut my laptop cover and would put it off since it was just so overwhelming. There is so much out there, so many different brands, types, shapes, sizes and products for anything and everything, it felt like I would never know “what was perfect”.
I tried reading all the reviews, looking up the latest versions of things and then decided to do it the old fashioned way…ask the women in my life who had already been through it all on what they recommended. And low and behold, they were my saviors. Mommas who have tested and tried and know what works through trial and error, to me, are a ton more reliable than the NY Times article on the best pacifier. Moms who have actually used the things you are reading reviews on, of course done some research, and tested it out on their own kids are the truest case studies of them all. Recently a friend of mine who is pregnant asked me for my recommendations and I decided to put it all together in one comprehensive ultimate list 
It includes the essentials to buy now, the stuff you need but can save to buy later, the brands I researched, were recommended to me and what I bought, (none are sponsored!), plus some super cute items to put on your baby registry.
